What we dowith your information.

The short version
This page tells you what All Phase does with anything you send through this website.
It's short, because the site doesn't do much. There's a form on the contact page. If you fill it in, we get an email. That's most of it.
We don't track you and we don't set cookies.
We never sell your information to anybody.
What you send us
There's one form on this site, on the contact page. It asks for:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address (optional)
- what kind of work you need (optional)
- your city or area (optional)
- whether the property is residential or commercial (optional)
- a short description of the job
You only send this if you choose to. Nothing is collected before you press the button.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and work out what the job needs. That's all. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't pass your details to anyone else or sell them.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for 12 months from the date you sent it, then delete it. That applies to the copy the form provider holds and to our own email record of it.
If you'd rather we deleted yours sooner, just ask. See "Your rights" below.
Where it goes
When you press "Send message," the form sends what you typed to Formspree, a form-processing service based in the United States. Formspree emails it to our office. We don't run our own form server, so Formspree is the only company that handles your message on the way to us.
- What is sent: only what you type into the form, the fields listed above. Nothing else about you is collected.
- Who receives it: our office, by email. Formspree processes it on our behalf to deliver it, and holds a copy for the period set out under "How long we keep it."
- Where it is handled: Formspree is based in the United States, so your information leaves Canada and is handled under U.S. law while it is with them.
- Technical details: as with any web form, Formspree's servers also see the basic details that travel with every request, such as your IP address.
If you'd rather not send anything through the form, phone or email us instead.
What gets saved on your device
Nothing. This site sets no cookies and saves nothing in your browser. There's no banner asking you to accept cookies because there are no cookies to accept.
Other companies your browser talks to
This site serves its own typefaces (Barlow and Barlow Condensed, stored on our own server as font files), so loading a page doesn't send a request to Google Fonts or any other font service.
The map on our contact page is a still image by default, so nothing is sent to Google just by viewing that page. If you choose to open the interactive map, your browser loads Google Maps, and Google can then see that a device viewed a map centred on our office. This only happens when you press "Open interactive map." The still image itself comes from OpenStreetMap, a non-commercial map source, and loading it does not send anything to a third party.
When you press "Send message" on the contact form, your browser sends the form to Formspree. See "Where it goes" above.
Counting visits
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to see how many people visit this site and which pages they read. It runs under our own Google account, not a third party's. It counts visits; it does not try to work out who you are.
It is not switched on yet. The site is built to use it, but nothing is being counted until we finish setting up that Google account. We'll update this line the day it goes live, and it will stay off until then.
Links to other sites
There are links here to other websites. Once you click one you're on somebody else's site and this page stops applying. They have their own rules.
Your rights
Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act, you can:
- ask us what we've got about you. We'll tell you, normally within 30 days.
- ask us to fix it if something's wrong.
- ask us to delete it. If we don't need it, it's gone.
- change your mind about us holding it, and tell us to stop.
Just email us. There's no form to fill in and no cost. Our address is at the bottom.
If you ask us something and you're not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia at oipc.bc.ca. It's free and you don't need a lawyer.
Who's responsible
All Phase Services Ltd., in Surrey, British Columbia, is responsible for the information this site collects. Reach us by phone or email below if you have a question about it.
If any of this changes
We'll update this page and change the date at the top. If it's a big change, like adding something that tracks you, we'll say what changed rather than quietly editing it.
